Here's the recipe:
MARDI GRAS RITA
Purple:
1 oz. (30ml) Tequila
½ oz. (15ml)Triple Sec
½ oz (15ml) Lime Juice
Pomegranate Juice
Frozen Strawberries, Raspberries and Blueberries
Yellow:
1 oz. (30ml) Tequila
½ oz. (15ml)Triple Sec
½ oz (15ml) Lime Juice
Mango Chunks
Mango Mix
Green:
1 oz. (30ml) Tequila
½ oz. (15ml)Triple Sec
½ oz (15ml) Lime Juice
Frozen Limeade Concentrate
Green Food Coloring
Ice
PREPARATION
1. Add ice, frozen berries, tequila, triple sec, lime juice and pomegranate juice to blender. Blend well and set aside.
2. Blend ice, mango chunks, tequila, triple sec, lime juice and mango mix. Blend well and set aside.
3. Blend ice, frozen limeade concentrate, tequila, triple sec, lime juice and green food coloring.
4. In a large glass pour colors in separately to create three layers.
5. Garnish with a lime wheel. Enjoy responsibly!
