Let’s prepare a main course chicken dish and can be served at any occasion.. “Chicken kofta curry “ is a dish made from Minced chicken and can be made with minimum shopping fuss .. I have come up with a new easy and scrumptious Minced Chicken Meatballs Curry Recipe or easy chicken kofta curry recipe.

It goes well with any combination of your choice .. being it roti , chapati , naan or rice ..
Let’s note down its ingredients:
250 gm Minced chicken
2 big size onions paste
1 chopped onion (small) - for kofta balls
2 blended tomato ( medium size)
3-4 tablespoon curd / cream
1/2 cup tablespoon oil
2 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
5-6 sliced green chilies
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
2 teaspoon coriander powder
2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
2-3 teaspoon Kashmiri red chili powder
Salt as per the taste
3-4 green cardamom
1 black cardamom
8-10 black peppers
3-4 cloves
1 inch cinnamon stick
chopped fresh coriander leaves
