Tikka Masala Chicken with Kale

2-3 Boneless skinless chicken breast
2 cups of rice (makes 4 servings)
One bunch kale, remove from stem and chop
1 jar Tikka Masala sauce
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Wash and remove kale from stems and chop up. Cut and cube chicken breast. Cook rice according to box. Heat skillet with olive oil and sauté down the kale. Thoroughly cook chicken. Add Tikka sauce to kale and stir in cooked chicken. Cook on low-medium for another 5-10 min. Serve over hot rice. Optional: add steamed veggies
