Tangdi chicken is one of the most favorite dishes. It tastes more delicious with the squeeze of lemon on it.
Ingredients needed:
- 6 Chicken leg pieces.
- 1/4th cup of yogurt.
- 2 Tbsp of lemon juice.
- 2 Tbsp of Ginger-Garlic paste.
- 1 1/2 tsp of salt.
- 2 tsp of red chili powder.
-1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
- 1 Tbsp of Garam masala.
- 1 Tbsp of cumin powder.
- (Optional) Pinch of red food color.
- Bunch of mint leaves.
- Bunch of coriander leaves.
- 2 Tbsp cooking oil
