EASY DESSERT RECIPES | MUST-TRY VEGAN DESSERTS | HEALTHY DESSERTS | DESSERT IDEAS | VEGAN FRIENDLY

As I previously mentioned in the video, I have decided to become vegetarian! Although at first I thought, "There's no way I can live without BACON", let me tell you, I was very wrong! I have not had any meat for the past month and have cut back on animal byproducts where ever I can. The results are a bit shocking actually... I have found that I lost 10 pounds within that first month AND I have noticed that I am not tired or feel any different. With all of that said, I knew I couldn't give up desserts, they are my achilles heel. Thus why this video was created, to help out anyone who is looking to make better choices when it comes to food! I hope this video helps you out, even if it is just one person! ♡ Don’t forget to SUBSCRIBE AND HIT THE BELL FOR NOTIFICATIONS! ♡ FOLLOW ME ON INSTAGRAM: https://www.instagram.com/maynunez18/ ★★★ CHOCOLATE CUPCAKES ★★★ - 1.5 cups flour - 2 tbsp cocoa powder - 3/4 cup sugar - 1 tsp baking powder - 2/3 cup soy milk - 1/3 cup melted coconut oil - 1 tbsp lemon juice - 2 tsp vanilla Bake at 350 degrees F for 22-25 minutes CUPCAKE FROSTING: - 2 tbsp butter - 4 tbsp brown sugar - 1 tbsp soy milk - 1/2 tsp vanilla - 1/4 cup flour - 2/3 powdered sugar ★★★ PEANUT BUTTERCHOCOLATE BARS ★★★ - 2 cups oats - 1 1/2 cup flour - 1/4 tsp salt - 1 cup coconut oil - 1/3 cup maple syrup - 1 tsp vanilla extract Stir, add into mold, then put in freezer while you make the topping. - 9 oz dark chocolate - 1 cup natural peanut butter Add chocolate and peanut butter into a bowl and microwave for 1 minute, mix together, then add to oat layer.
