Chicken With Stir Fry Beans Servings - 2 INGREDIENTS Boneless Chicken - 350 grams Salt - 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon Olive oil - 2 teaspoons, divided Garlic - 1 tablespoon Spring onions - 2 tablespoons Boiled beans - 100 grams PREPARATION 1. In a mixing bowl, add 350 grams boneless chicken, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper and mix it well. 2. Mariante for 15 - 20 minutes. 3. Heat 1 teaspoon olive oil in a pan, add the marinated chicken in it and mix it well. 4. Cover it with lid and cook for about 4 - 6 minutes on medium heat. 5. Open the lid and give it a nice stir. 6. Remove it from heat and keep aside. 7. Heat 1 teaspoon olive oil in a another pan, add 1 tablespoon garlic, 2 tablespoons spring onions and mix it well. 8. Cook for 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat. 9. Then, add 100 grams boiled beans and mix it well. 10. Cook for 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat. 11. Now, add the cooked chicken and mix it well. 12. Cook for another 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat. 13. Remove it from heat. 14. Serve hot. Cauliflower Fried Rice With Chicken Servings - 7 INGREDIENTS Cauliflower - 450 grams Egg whites - 2 Egg yolk - 1 Salt - 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper - 1/8 teaspoon Oil - 1 teaspoon Olive oil - 1 teaspoon Garlic - 1 teaspoon Chicken breast - 350 grams Bell pepper - 100 grams Spring onions - 50 grams Salt - 1 teaspoon Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon Soy sauce - 1 teaspoon PREPARATION 1. In a blender, add 450 grams cauliflower and blend it well. Keep aside. 2. In a bowl, add 2 egg whites, 1 egg yolk, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon black pepper and whisk it well. 3. Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a pan, add the egg mixture in it. 4. Cook for 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat and flip it gently. 5. Cook for another 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat. 6. Remove it from heat and place it on a board. 7. Cut it into pieces and keep aside. 8. Heat 1 teaspoon olive oil in a pan, add 1 teaspoon garlic and stir well. 9. Then, add 350 grams chicken breast and mix it well. 10. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat. 11. Now, add 100 grams bell pepper, 50 grams spring onions, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper and mix it well. 12. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat. 13. Remove it from heat and keep aside. 14. Take a heavy skillet, add blended cauliflower, prepared omelette, cooked chicken, 1 teaspoon soy sauce and mix it well. 15. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat. 16. Remove it from heat. 17. Serve.
