Here's the recipe:
BLOOD IN BLOOD OUT
1 ½ oz. (45ml) Mezcal
½ oz. (15ml) Bonal
¾ oz. (22ml) Lemon Juice
¾ oz. (22ml) Blood Orange Syrup
2 drops Saline
1 drop activator
Sculpin IPA
Orange Peel
Garnish: Dehydrated Blood Orange Wheel
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing glass, combine all ingredients minus the IPA. Add ice and shake well.
2. Strain mix into a serving glass over ice.
3. Using an orange peel, squeeze citrus oils onto the drink and edge of glass.
4. Clip on a dehydrated blood orange wheel and enjoy responsibly!
