Ingredients :
For Marination -
500 gm or 10 Pieces chicken lollipop
2 Tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
1 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 Tsp soy sauce
1 & 1/2 Tsp all purpose flour (maida)
2 Tbsp cornflour
Oil for deep frying
Salt as per taste
For the Drum Sticks Sauce
2 Tsp oil
2 Tbsp finely chopped garlic
1 Tbsp finely chopped ginger
1 Tsp soy sauce
4 Tbsp tomato ketchup
2 Tbsp chilli sauce
2 Chopped green chilli
2 Tbsp cornflour mixed with 2-4 Tbsp water
Spring onion for Garnishing
