Today we are going to prepare Tasty and quick Chettinad Chicken Gravy in Tamil
Ingredients :
Pre washed Chicken - 1/2 kg
For dry roast -
Coriander seeds - 1 ½ Tbspn
Fennel seeds - 1 ½ tspn
Cumin seeds - 1 ½ tspn
Pepper - 1 ½ tspn
Poppy seeds - 1/2 tspn
Cashew - 10 nos
Dry red chili - 10
Dry roast and grind it into fine paste
For Tempering -
Bay leaf - 1
Cinnamon-2
Cardamom - 2
Cloves - 4
Kalpasi - 1/2 tspn
Star anise - 1
Fennel seeds - 1/2 tspn
For gravy -
Chopped Shallots - 1 cup (Or) Finely chopped onions - 2
Chopped Tomato - 1
Chopped Green chilli - 2
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tspn
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tspn
oil - 3 Tbspn
