Grilled Chicken Recipes: Grilled chicken breasts, thighs, and wings with simple marinade and seasoning. Ingredients for grilled chicken marinade: * 1 Onion * 1 Red bell pepper * 1 Green bell pepper * 1 inch of fresh ginger root * 3 garlic cloves * 3 chili peppers * Celery * 1/2 tsp of salt * 1/2 tsp of chicken seasoning cubes * 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder * 1/2 tsp of dried thyme *1/2 tsp of rosemary * 1 knorr cube * 1 freshly squeezed lemon * 3 tbsp of olive oil Ingredients for the glaze: * 2 tbsp of Honey * 2 tbsp of Olive oil * 1 tbsp of Soy sauce * 2 tbsp of Lemon juice * 1/4 tsp of salt * 1 tsp of crushed Habanero Pepper * 1/2 tsp of Oregano To Prepare the Grilled Chicken Marinade: - Blend all the ingredients for the chicken marinade in a blender. - Bring all the chicken breasts, thighs, and wings in a Ziploc bag and pour the blended grilled chicken marinade on it. - Close the Ziploc bag and shake in order to coat the chicken parts with the marinade - Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or more. Leaving it overnight in the refrigerator is better. - You can now grill your chicken. I am using an oven. When using the oven, make sure the chicken parts are close to the source of heat as much as possible; this way you grill instead of baking the chicken. Glazing and then grilling the chicken: - When one part is roasted or grilled, remove it from the oven and rub your glaze on the grilled parts; take it back and grill for another 5 minutes. - After that, turn to the opposite parts of the chicken, grill them for about 20 minutes, remove again, glaze them, and then grill again for another 5 minutes. #grilledchicken #chickenbreast #chickenthighs #chickenwings #chicken #chickenrecipes #chickenthighrecipe #chickenwingrecipe #chickenbreastrecipe #grilledchickenrecipe
