Here is what you'll need!
chicken pieces with skin - 500 g
salt - 1/4 tsp
soya sauce - 1/2 tblsp
tomato ketchup - 1 tblsp
Ginger paste - 1 tsp
Garlic paste - 1 tsp
Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
instant noodles masala (like Maggi) - 1 pack IT's optional but it will help to increase the taste...plz try with it.
for coating:
All purpose flour - 1.5 cups
corn flour - 1/4 cup
salt - 1/2 tsp
Garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder - 1/2 tblsp
turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp, for nice golden color but its optional
