6 milkshakes (sugarfree) for toddlers & kids | Healthy & Tasty fruit smoothies for Toddlers & Kids | c4cooking sugarfree shakes for Kids SHAKE #1 – Banana Milkshake Ingredients: ( for banana shake ) 1 – ripe banana ( cut into pieces ) 1 cup – milk ( cold ) Step 1) Get ready with all the ingredients .. Step 2) Into a blender ( or hand blender ), add the banana, milk and blend until smooth .. SHAKE #2 – Strawberry Milkshake Ingredients:  ( for strawberry shake ) 1/2 cup – strawberry ( pieces ) 1/2 cup – ripe banana ( pieces ) 1 cup – milk ( cold ) Step 1) Get ready with all the ingredients .. Step 2) Into a blender ( or a hand blender ), add the strawberries, banana, milk and blend until smooth.. SHAKE #3 – Blueberry Milkshake Ingredients: ( for blueberry shake ) 1/2 cup – blueberry 1 dates ( soaked or you can use soft dates ) 1 cup – milk ( cold ) Step 1) Get ready with all the ingredients .. Step 2) Into a blender or hand blender, add the blueberries, soaked dates, milk and blend until smooth .. SHAKE #4 – Apple Milkshake Ingredients: ( for apple shake ) 1/2 cup – apple ( peeled, de-seeded & chopped ) 1 tsp – honey 1 cup – milk ( cold ) Step 1) Get ready with all the ingredients .. Step 2) Into a blender ( or hand blender ), add the apple, milk, honey and blend until smooth .. SHAKE #5 – Mango Milkshake Ingredients: ( for mango shake ) 1/2 cup – mango ( pieces ) 1/2 cup – ripe banana ( pieces ) 1 cup – milk ( cold ) optional – ( you can also add a tbsp of blueberries ) Step 1) Get ready with all the ingredients .. Step 2) Into a blender ( or hand blender ), add the mango, banana, milk and blend until smooth .. SHAKE #6 – Pear Milkshake Ingredients: ( for pear shake ) 1/2 cup – pear ( peeled, de-seeded & chopped ) 1 dates ( soaked or you can use soft dates ) 1 cup – milk ( cold ) Step 1) Get ready with all the ingredients .. Step 2) Into a blender, add the pear, soaked dates, milk and blend until smooth ..
