Here's the recipe:
SIX FOOT SEVEN FOOT EIGHT FOOT BUNCH
1 oz. (30ml) Dark Rum
½ oz. (15ml) Lime Juice
½ oz. (15ml) Orgeat Syrup
½ oz. (15ml) Pineapple Liqueur
¼ oz. (7ml) Herbal Liqueur
¼ oz. (7ml) Allspice Dram
Soda Water
Garnish: Dehydrated Lime Wheel, Star Anise (soaked in lemon extract), Cinnamon
PREPARATION
1. In a shaker with ice, combine all ingredients minus soda water and shake well.
2. Strain mix into a glass with ice. Soak star anise in lemon extract.
3. Rest a dehydrated lime wheel on top and place the star anise on top.
4. Light the star anise and sprinkle cinnamon. Enjoy responsibly!
