Ingredients:
Chicken 1.5kg
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp white pepper
1 tsp curry powder
1 tbs mustard
1 tbs honey
1 tbs corn starch mixed in 150ml water
1 chicken bullion
Blended Ingredients
1 medium size ginger
1 Scotch bonnet {optional}
1 medium size onions
5 cloves of garlic
Mixed Peppers
Parsley
Basil
1tbs Lemon juice

Ingredients:
800g of Chicken Drumsticks (9 pieces)
1 teaspoon of Salt
1 teaspoon of Ginger Powder
1 tablespoon of Garlic Powder
1 tablespoon of Paprika Powder
1 tablespoon of dried Parsley
1 teaspoon of Curry Powder
Half cup of Plain flour
Half cup of Corn Starch
2 tablespoons of Vegetable oil
1 medium sized Egg
Combine the ingredients evenly and bake for 20mins on each side. Fan oven mark 190*C.
The best chicken stir fry recipie. Easy and fast to prepare. I left the skin on for full flavour and I did not use any additional oil. Enjoy ?
