Ingredients
Smoky Creamy chicken kadai
1/2 cup oil
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/4 tsp heeng
3 tbsp ginger garlic paste
3 medium to large size onion paste
3 large size tomato paste

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

1/2 cup curd
4 green chili
1/2 cup fresh cream
chopped coriander leaves
1 charcoal
For marination :
1200 gram chicken
1 tsp salt
2 tsp tandoori masala powder
1 lemon juice
2 tbsp oil for cooking chicken
Murgh makhni :
3 tbsp clarified butter (desi ghee)
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
4 bay leaves
3 cloves
1 cinnamon stick (dalchini)
Salt to taste
1.5 tbsp coriander powder
1 tbsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp garam masala powder
Fresh Cream 1/2 cup
For cooking chicken:
1.5 kg chicken
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp salt

4 medium size onion
4 medium size tomato
1 ginger
Handful garlic
For paste 2:
2 tbsp magaz
14-15 cashew nuts
3 green cardamom
1 small size mace (javetri)
1 very small size nutmeg (jayphaal)

1 lemon juice
