I do like a good mug cake recipe and I’ve been sent a good batch of them recently that I figured would be good put into a video. I’ve made these as more ‘surprising’ ones that I didn’t really link them together with a microwave mug recipe – a rice krispies treat in a mug, ok that seemed the easiest (see video), a cinnamon roll in a mug, then an actually baked style cheesecake in a mug… which was interesting! I hope you enjoy these and remember to adjust the times based on the wattage of your microwave and to do the cooking in short blasts if it rises up too high and looks to be spilling over.

Ingredients:
Rice krispies treats in a mug
Approx 40g Rice Krispies
80g Mini marshmallows, good to have a few more though
2tsp butter
'Baked’ Cheesecake in a mug
5-6 digestive biscuits
2tsp Butter, plus a little extra for greasing.
1 Egg, beaten
4tbsp soft cheese
2tbsp Greek yoghurt
½ tsp vanilla extract
To serve
Icing sugar
1 strawberry, halved
Cinnamon Rolls in a mug
For the icing
4tbsp icing sugar
1tsp milk
For the roll dough and filling
Approx 10tbsp plain flour, plus extra for dusting
1tsp baking powder
4tbsp water
Pinch salt
1tsp cinnamon
1tbsp sugar
