S’mores Bars That Don’t Make You Smell Like Fire

Hello hello, and welcome to another Fehr Lady video. Today I am sharing 3 easy and delicious recipes for summer. Plus how I make my coffee syrup for iced coffee at the end!

No-Bake Cheesecake:
* 2 readymade graham cracker crusts
* 1 block of cream cheese (8 oz)
* 1 cup icing sugar
* 1 cup whipping cream
* 1 tsp vanilla
* Can of cherry pie filling (or choice of topping)

Blend cream cheese until smooth. Add icing sugar and vanilla. Blend until combined. Add whipping cream. Blend until stiff peaks form. Divide batter into the 2 crusts. Refrigerate until cream cheese is firm. Add pie filling on top!

Custard:
* 1 1/2 heavy whipping cream
* 1/2 sugar
* 1 tbsp cornstarch
* 4 egg yolks
* 2 tsp vanilla

1. Cook cream over medium heat until it comes to a low boil. Remove from heat.
2. In a bowl, with together egg yolks, sugar and cornstarch.
3. Gradually add hot cream into egg mixture. Add vanilla.
4. Return custard to sauce pen. Cook over medium heat until thick, stirring constantly. Do not let boil.

Perfect for topping on top of a fruit salad or waffles!

Vanillla Coffee Syrup:
1 cup sugar (any sugar would work)
1 cup water
1 tbsp vanilla

Add sugar and water to sauce pan, heat until sugar has melted. Add vanilla. Simmer for a few minutes. Pour into a cute jar and store in fridge.

Iced Coffee:
Brew a pot of coffee and let it cool in the fridge. Once it is cold, pour over ice. Add coffee syrup to taste and a splash of heavy whipping cream.
