Chocolate Veggie Muffins
Ingredients
•2 eggs
•1 banana
•1 cup grated carrots
•1 cup loosely packed spinach
•1 cup zucchini
•1/4 cup avocado oil
•1/4 cup milk•1/3 cup honey •1 teaspoon vanilla extract
•1 1/4 cup flour
•1 teaspoon baking soda
•1 teaspoon baking powder
•1/3 cup cocoa powder
•¼ teaspoon salt
•¼ cup chocolate chips
Directions
1)Blend together the veggies & wet ingredients.
2)In a separate bowl, mix together all of the dry ingredients.
3)Add in the mixture from the blender and stir together.
4)Spray muffin tin and spoon the muffin mixture into the cups.
5)Top with chocolate and bake in oven at 350 F for 20 minutes.
Banana Berry “Danimals-Style” Smoothie
Ingredients:
•1 (32 oz) container whole milk yogurt
•1 cup strawberries
•½ cup frozen blueberries
•1 bananas
•3/4 cup milk
•3 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions:
Blend everything until completely smooth. Add milk slowly until it’s thin enough to sip
Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Bites
Ingredients
•3/4 cup oat flour
•3/4 cup almond flour
•2 scoops vanilla protein powder
•1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
•1/3 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
•2 tbsp maple syrup
•1 tbsp Greek yogurt
•1 tsp vanilla extract
•1–2 tbsp milk (as needed)
•2 tbsp white chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
1)In a medium mixing bowl, combine the oat flour, almond flour, and vanilla protein powder. Stir until evenly mixed.
2)Add the softened cream cheese, crushed freeze-dried strawberries, maple syrup, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract.
3)Mix everything together until a thick dough begins to form. Add milk 1 tablespoon at a time until the mixture holds together easily.
4)Fold in the white chocolate chips, if using.
5)Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a lined baking sheet or plate.
6)Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes to firm up before serving.
