Kids love smoothies too and today I am sharing 3 Smoothie Recipes for Kids and adults? that are super delicious and easy to make! With back to school right around the corner, quick and easy breakfast ideas are very necessary (even if we are virtually learning this year?)

ORANGE CREAMSICLE SMOOTHIE
1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1 frozen banana
3/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup plain yogurt (optional)
1 tsp ground flax seeds (optional)
**Update - I only had a little bit of orange juice one day and added half orange juice and half almond milk. It was delicious!✨
STRAWBERRY OATMEAL SMOOTHIE
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 frozen banana
1/4 cup old fashioned oats
3/4 cup vanilla almond milk (i used sweetened, but unsweetened is great)
A drop of honey (if you use unsweetened milk)
1 tsp ground flax seeds (optional)
AVOCADO PINEAPPLE SMOOTHIE
1/2 Avocado
1 cup frozen Pineapple
1/2 frozen Banana
3/4 cup vanilla almond milk (again I used sweetened)
A drop of honey (optional, but recommended if you used unsweetened milk)
1 tsp ground flax seeds (optional)
