Chia protein balls & Healthy Snickers Bar Refined sugar/ dairy free quick, simple and easy snacks, Vegan & low cal CHIA PROTEIN BALLS- 100 cals per ball Ingredients: Goji Berries- 2 X tbsp Shredded coconut- 2 X tbsp Medjool dates- X8 Chia seeds- 2 X tbsp Salted peanuts- 100g Vanilla extract- 1 X tsp - ADD ALL INGREDIENTS INTO A FOOD PROCESSOR/ BLENDER - REFRIGERATE FOR 15 MINS - ROLL THE MIXTURE INTO BALL SHAPE - (OPTION) ROLL PROTEIN BALLS IN COCONUT SHREDS, COCOA NIBS OR ANY PREFERENCE OF YOUR CHOICE :) STORE IN FRIDGE SNICKERS BAR- 170 cals per bar Ingredients: Peanut/almond butter- 1/2 cup Date paste- 1/2 cup Vanilla Extract- 1/2 tsp Oat flour- 1 cup Salted peanuts- 1/4 cup Cacao- 4 tbsp Almond Milk- 1 cup Honey- 1 X tbsp Caramel layer: - BLEND PEANUT BUTTER AND DATE PASTE UNTIL THICK CARAMEL CONSISTENCY - ADD VANILLA EXTRACT AND SALT TO CARAMEL, BLEND Base layer: - BIND 1/2 CARAMEL WITH OAT FLOUR UNTIL HARD CONSISTENCY - SPREAD MIXTURE (CARAMEL & OAT FLOUR) ALONG THE BASE OF A BAKING TRAY WITH THE REST OF THE CARAMEL, SPREAD EVENLY OVER BAR BASE (CARAMEL & OAT FLOUR) - SPREAD PEANUTS OVER THE CARAMEL AND PATT DOWN INTO MIXTURE FREEZE FOR 10 MINS Top layer: - MIX COCAO POWDER, MILK AND HONEY TO FORM LIQUID CHOCOLATE - POUR ONTO MIXTURE - FREEZE FOR ANOTHER 15 MINS & ENJOY STORE IN FRIDGE
