2 Easy Healthy Smoothies...!! Recipe in English: Strawberry Smoothie: Ingredients: Frozen Strawberries-Half cup Milk-Half cup Yogurt-3 tablespoons Oats-3 tablespoons Honey-Half teaspoon Chia seeds- Half teaspoon Ice cubes-As required Direction: 1. Add frozen strawberries, milk, yogurt, oats and ice cubes to a blender. Blend until super smooth! 2. Enjoy with honey and chia seeds topping. Banana Smoothie: Ingredients: Frozen Bananas -Halfcup Milk-Half cup Yogurt-3 tablespoons Oats-3 tablespoons Peanut butter- 1 tablespoon Chia seeds- Half teaspoon Ice cubes-As required Direction: 1. Add frozen banana, milk, yogurt, oats, peanut butter and ice cubes to a blender. Blend until super smooth! 2. Enjoy with chia seeds topping. Recipe in Urdu: Ajza: Frozen Strawberries-Half cup Doodh-Half cup Dhai-3 tablespoons Oats-3 tablespoons Shehad-Half teaspoon Chia seeds- Half teaspoon Ice cubes-As required Banane ka tariqa: 1. Blender main frozen strawberries, doodh, dhai, oats aur ice cubes daal kr achi trh blend krein. 2. Shehad aur chia seeds topping kr k enjoy krein!
