Lazy Chicken
Ingredients:
4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
1/2 cup of vinegar
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup Ketchup
1/2 cup water
1 packet Onion Soup Mix
Instructions
Preheat oven at 325
Mix together vinegar, lemon juice, brown sugar, ketchup and water in a bowl.
Place chicken breasts in a baking dish
Sprinkle onion soup mix on top and let sit for 2-3 minutes.
Pour sauce on top of chicken
Bake in the oven, covered, for 1h30 - 1h45 minutes until meat thermometer reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
Serve over rice.
