Ingrediants:
Chicken - 250 gm
Red chilly flakes - 2 tbsp
Kashmiri red chilly powder - 10 gm
Garam masala - 5 gm
Shallots - 50 gm (crushed)
Coriander powder - 10 gm
Turmeric powder - 10 gm
Ginger garlic paste - 10 gm
Green chilly - 2 nos (sliced)
Coconut oil - 50 ml
Curry leaves - few
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Preparation:
Step1
Clean the chicken in water and cut into pieces.
Step 2
Take a pan, mix together 5 gm of ginger garlic paste, kashmiri red chilly powder, salt, lemon juice and turmeric powder. Mix and apply the paste on chicken and marinate for an hour.
Step 3
Heat coconut oil in a pan and fry the chicken
Step 4
Heat oil in a pan and add crushed shallots in a low flame.
Step 5
When it turns golden brown, add red chilly flakes, ginger garlic, sliced green chilly and stir well. Then add garam masala, 5 grams of kashmiri red chilly powder, 5 grams of turmeric powder, 10 grams of coriander powder, and curry leaves. stir this mixture well.
Step 6
Add the fried chicken to this mixture and Garnish with onion rings
Step 7
Tasty and spicy Chicken kondattam is ready

Serve hot with rice/chapatti.
