Ingredients:
Oat flour or ground oats: 4 tbsp
Low fat milk: 4 tbsp
Unsweetened applesauce: 2.5 tbsp
Cocoa powder: 1 tbsp
Baking powder: 1/3 tsp
Melted butter: 1.5 tsp
Zero calorie sugar: 4 tbsp

Microwave for 1 minute to 1 minute 15 seconds.

Frosting:
Light cream cheese: 3 tbsp
Zero calorie sugar: 1 tbsp
