One of Perfect pakistani chicken dishes recipes for healthy people. #lowcalorierecipes #chickenrecipes #chickenqorma #foodisforfitness #lowcaloriechickenrecipes Subscribe here: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC2ebqJHm8yL9tJ0Vu5_8SIw To make this low-calorie chicken white qorma, you need some basic ingredients like: INGREDIENTS: chicken (thigh and wings). 1 kg cooking oil. 4 tbsp low fat yogurt. 1 cup onions. 2 medium cinnamon. 1 inch stick cloves. 4 green chillies. 2 ginger garlic paste. 1 tbsp salt. 1+1/2 tsp white pepper. 1 tsp coriander powder. 1 tsp garam masala(ground). a pinch METHOD: - Saute onions in 2 tbsp oil until translucent. Add ginger garlic paste. - After frying it a bit, add curry masala. Fry that a bit too. - Add about half cup of water and cover. - Let it cook until onions are softened. Let cool and then blend with yogurt. - Add 2 tbsp oil in pot and add cinnamon clove and green chilli. Fry it a bit and then add chicken. - Let chicken fry until golden then add a cup of water and let it cook on low flame until tender. - When tender enough to your requirement, add the gravy mixture. - Let cook until desired consistency. - serves 6-7 ENJOY!
