▶Ingredient 500g chicken 150g lettuce 50g onion 50g scallion 50g carrot 10g green chili pepper 10g red chili pepper 10ea sesame leaf ▶Seasoning 25g Pepper Paste 20g Red Pepper Powder 15g minced garlic 15g Soy Sauce 501 15g sugar 15g cooking wine 15g sesame oil 3g Fine Sea Salt 2g black pepper powder 5g ginger 1. Debone chicken meat and cut into bit-size pieces. 2. Chop cabbage, onions, carrots and sesame leaves into bite-size pieces. Chop scallion and green/red chili peppers on the diagonal 3. Put ingredients of “seasoning” in a bowl and mix together. 4. Marinate deboned chicken in combined seasoning mix and refrigerate for 3 hours. (Tip: If extend marinating time to 12 hours, the taste of the chicken are deeper and richer.) 6.
