Mughlai Chicken Biriyani
Ingredients :
1/2 kg : chicken ?
1 cup : curd/ yogurt
1 tbs : ginger garlic paste
2 tsp : salt ?
1 1/2 tsp : red chili powder
1/2 tsp : turmeric powder
1 tsp : cumin
2 : cinnamon sticks
6 : cloves
10 : black pepper
3 : green cardamoms
5 : almonds (crushed)
7 : pistachio (crushed)
1/2 tsp : garam masala powder
2 : fried onion ? (mdm size )
1/2 cup : oil
5 cup : warm water
1 tbs : salt ?
1 tbs : oil
2 1/2 cup : basmati rice ?
1/4 tsp : yellow food color
1/4 cup : milk ?
1 tbs : green coriander (chopped)
1 tbs : mint leaves (chopped)
1 tsp : lemon juice
