1. Chicken - 1/2 kg
2. Onion(medium) - 2 nos
3. Potato(large) - 1 no
4. Tomato(small) - 1 no
5. Green Chilli - 3-6 nos
6. Cardamom - 3 nos
7. Cloves - 3 nos
8. Cinnamon - 1 stick
9. Salt - 1 tsp + as required
10. Ginger - 15 gms
11. Curry Leaves - 2 +1 sprig
12. Coriander Leaves - 4-6 leaves
13. Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
14. Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
15. Cashewnut - 10-12 nos
16. Coconut Milk (First Extract) - 1/2 cup
17. Coconut Milk (2nd Extract) - 2 cup
18. Corn Flour - 2 tsp (Optional)
