Chicken Potato Onion paste Green Chilli paste Ginger and Garlic paste Coriander leaf Rusk Egg Corn flour Chilli powder Turmeric powder Coriander powder Pepper powder Garam masala Chicken masala Salt Oil PREPARATION 1 Cook both chicken and peeled potato in a cooker by adding turmeric powder chilli powder and salt. 2 Drain out the water and Smash the potato and chop the chicken into small pieces. 3 In a pan add little oil and add onion paste and fry till its raw smell goes. 4 Add ginger garlic paste and chille paste and fennel seeds and fry till its raw smell goes into this add Coriander powder, turmeric powder and mix well. 5 Add salt, garam masala, pepper powder, chicken masala and mix it till its raw smell goes. if you feel its dry u can add 2 tablespoon of water. 6 Add smashed potato and mix well. 7 Add chopped chicken and mix it well and add Coriander leaf and mix and after 1 min off the flame. 8 Now make it into small ball and press it into, the shape you need. 9 Take egg white and beat it nicely with hand wisk or spoon. 10 Dip the cutlet mix into the egg white and apply it on all the sides. 11 Next dip it into the powdered rusk and apple in all sides. 12 Take a hot pan and add little oil into it, fry the cutlet on both the sides. 13 Cutlet is ready to eat:
