We can make broken wheat payasam ( nurukku gothambu payasam), nurukku gothambu kichadi, gothambu halwa, nuruku gothambu uppumav etc with this healthy ingredient. Just try this easy dessert once. IAm sure you will fall in love with this dessert as it is healthy and tasty. Kids will also love to have this . For garnishing I have used chopped strawberries , sweet coconut powder and sweetened condensed milk . You can also used dry fruits or dry nuts chopped instead.
