How to make Chicken tikka masala
ginger paste - 1 tbs
Garlic paste - 1 tbs
Curd - 2 tbs
chakra masala - 3/4 tsp
Kasoorimethi powder - 3/4 tsp
Garam Masala powder - 1/2 tsp + 1/2 - 3/4 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder - 1 tbs
Salt( according to taste )
Mustard oil - 1 tbs
Chicken Pieces - 1 whole chicken breast pieces
Tomato - 3 Medium
Big onion - 4 nos
green chillies - 2 nos
Cashew nuts - 50 gms
Refined oil - 2 tbs
Ghee - 2 tbs
bay leaves - 1 nos
CinnamoN - 2 Pieces
Star anise - 1 nos
Black CardamoM - 2 nos
CardamoM- 5 nos
Cloves- 6 nos
Garlic paste - 1 tbs
ginger paste - 1 tbs
Refined oil - 1/2 tbs
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder - 1 1/2 tbs
Water - 4 Cups
Coriander leaves
Kasoorimethi powder - 3/4 tsp
Garam Masala powder - 1/2 - 3/4 tsp
Salt( according to taste )
Fresh cream - 1/4 - 1/2 Cup
