Ingredients :
for briyani masala powder:
1. pepper corns – 1 tbsp
2.coriander seeds – 1 tbspn
3.fennel seeds – 1/4 tbspn
4.cumin seeds – 1/4 tbspn
5.cinnamon – 1
6.black cardamon – 2
7.green cardamon – 3
8.cloves – 3
9.cashewnuts
10.bay leaf – 1
for masala paste :
1.pearl onion – 20 nos
2.green chilli – 2 nos
3.garlic cloves- 4 to 5
4.ginger – 1/2 inch
for chicken marination :
1.chicken – 1 kg
2.chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
3.turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
4.ginger garlic paste – 1/2 tsp
5.salt
for briyani preparation :
1.ghee – 2 tbspn
2.oil – 1 tbspn
3.onion – 2 sliced
4.coriander and mint leaves
5.curd – 3 tbspn
6.turmeric powder
7.chilli powder
8.briyani powder – 3 tbspn
9.briyani masala paste
10.basmati rice – 2 cup
11.salt
12.lemon juice – 1/2
