Ingredients
For Marination
350g chicken pieces with bone
2 tbsp onion paste
1/2 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tbsp raw papaya paste
For cooking
6 tbsp refined oil
4 Green cardamoms
1/2 stick cinnamon
4 cloves
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
2 dry red chilli
6 black pepper
2 cup water + 1 tbsp yogurt
1/2 tsp rose water
