?Ingredients:
1.Chicken – 350gm / around 1.5 Cups
2.Tomato cut into an inch long pieces – 1 Cup
3.Onion Julienne thin cut – 1 Cup
4.Garlic Julienne thin cut – 1.5 Tsp
5.Ginger paste – 2 Tsp
6.Powdered spices – Red chilli 1.5 Tsp / Turmeric 1 Tsp / Cumin 3/4th Tsp
7.Garam Masala spices – Bay leaf 1 medium size / Cardamom 5 pieces of medium size / Cinnamon sticks 2 (each of 1.5 inches long)
8.Oil – 6.5 tbsp or as per taste
9.Salt – to taste
