?Mustard Roasted Chicken Thighs Recipe This is a simple Chicken Thighs meal idea that takes no time to prep, and cooks easily in the oven. If you don't have crème fraÃŽche you can sub in sour cream, or plain yogourt. Ingredients: 4-8 bone in skin on chicken thighs Salt & pepper to taste 1 onion sliced thin 60 mL (Âŧ cup) Dijon mustard 15 mL olive oil 2-3 garlic cloves, minced 60 mL (Âŧ cup) crème fraÃŽche 175 mL (⅔ cup) white vermouth, or white wine Squeeze lemon juice 30 mL (2 Tbsp) butter Our Basmati Rice Pilaf In The Oven Recipe: https://youtu.be/u0uqWwvRB00 Method: Preheat oven to 200ÂēC (400ÂēF). Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper. Arrange onion slices in bottom of braiser or oven safe pan. Place thighs on top of onions. In a bowl mix together mustard, oil, crème fraÃŽche, and garlic. Dollop sauce mix on top of thighs. Carefully pour vermouth into bottom of pan, and place uncovered in oven. Bake until thighs are golden and cooked through; about 40 minutes. Remove from oven, and transfer thighs to a plate. Bring sauce in pan to a simmer and stir in lemon juice and butter.
