This Pepper Chicken Masala is spicy and full of peppery flavours. This pepper Chicken Masala goes well with all kinds of rice and roti.
In this recipe, I have shown the dry version of Pepper Chicken Masala. I have also uploaded Pepper Chicken Gravy recipe. Please also have a look at it

Ingredients
For chicken marination
250 g chicken curry pieces, on the bone
¼ ts turmeric powder
1 ts kashmiri chilli powder
½ ts salt
1 tbsp thick yoghurt
For the pepper masala
Small onions, sliced, 4 – 6 no.s
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 small cinnamon stick, 2 cloves, 1 bay leaf
1 ts each fennel seed and cumin seed
1 ts grated ginger
3 garlic cloves, sliced
1 – 2 red chilli (depending on spice levels)
Quarter piece of lime
Few curry leaves
4 – 6 ts of freshly crushed black pepper powder
1 tbsp thick yoghurt
½ ts more salt (or) as required
