sprouted moong beans(steamed) 1 cup
coconut oil/olive oil -2tbs
onion - 1
green chilli - 2
tomato - 1
coriander leaves 1/4 cup
salad leaves
curd - 1 cup
Hing/ kayam - 2 pinch
suger - 1/4 tsp
salt to taste.
Feel free to add your favorite vegetables.
