ఆహా ??ఫ్యామిలీ తో చికెన్, popti / Chicken Popti in Telugu / Chicken Recipes in Telugu
Chicken, Eggs, Salt, field(vaal) beans, Banana leaves, Chilli powder, Chicken masala powder, 1 mud pot or pressure cooker
Procedure:
Take a mud pot and fill it with 40% field beans.
Then spread salt according to chicken quantity over beans (use wisely because it will become too salty).
Then spread some chili powder and chicken masala over the beans.
Apply chili powder and chicken masala on chicken.
over the leaves.
Put chicken and eggs inside the pot over the beans.
Then cover up the filling with remaining 60% field beans and fill the pot.
Seal the pot with banana leaf and keep it on fire.
After half an hour remove pot from fire and remove all materials from it.
Your Popti chicken is ready to eat. Must try it

1) Hyacinth Bean 1/2 kg ( Mochai / Anumulu) / అనపకాయలు / అనుములు
2) Chicken 1 Kg / చికెన్
3) Salt to taste / ఉప్పు
4) eggs 5 / గుడ్లు
5) red chilli powder 2 tbs / కారంపొడి
6) Ginger Garlic Paste 1 TSp అల్లంవెల్లులి పేస్ట్
7) turmeric powder 1/4 tsp పసుపు
8) Ajwain 1 Tbs / వాము
9) oil 1 /2 tbs / నూనె
10) Coriander Powder 1 Tsp ధనియాలా పొడి
11) Chicken Masala 1 Tspచికెన్ మసాలా పొడి
