Beef, 1 kg
Yogurt, ½ cup
Ginger Paste, 1 tbsp
Garlic paste, 1 tbsp
Chili flakes, 1 tbsp
Salt, 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder, 1 tbsp
Cumin powder, 1 tbsp
All spices powder, 1 tbsp
Coriander powder, 1 tbsp
Kachri powder (tenderizing powder), 1 tbsp
Cut the beef into the thin slices.
In a large bowl add yogurt, ginger garlic paste, and all dry spices.
Mix it well.
Add thin slices of beef in this mixture and mix well.
In a pan, heat oil and add marinated beef.
Cook it till water is dried and meat is soft.
Mouth-watering Beef Pasnaday is ready.
