Moussaka {light} | EASY recipe with chicken & eggplant [ENG] [FR] [DE]

In this video I am making a delicious casserole recipe inspired by the famous Greek moussaka. This recipe however does not include béchamel sauce and instead of ground meat I use chicken, making it a much lighter and healthier dish than the original moussaka. For those who never heard of moussaka: Moussaka is a Greek casserole consisting of eggplant, ground meat, potatoes and bechamel sauce.
