How i make my fufu and chicken soup 🙂
Chicken soup Ingredients:
Jumbo spices/ stock cubes (3 teaspoon)
1 teaspoon of salt
1-1½ Blended tin tomatoes (Optional: You can blend it the tomatoes with carrots)
½ Tomatoe paste/puree
½ Garlic paste/puree/ 1 whole freshly chopped garlic
1 Whole freshly chopped ginger
1½ Blended onion
1 Boiler chicken cleaned and marinated with lemon
1 Whole pepper
2-3 Cups of water
Fufu ingredients:
2 Wooden spoon of farina
1 or ½ Cup of fufu plantain flour
2-3 Cups of water
