Hello Guys, Today I am making this delicious easy spicy chicken rice,it is great for lunch or dinner the crispy chicken skin and flavors of chicken rice is so good and the aroma too. Ingeridents:
4 PC’s chicken thighs with skin
Zest from one lime
Salt as needed
1.5 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
Oil for frying
1/4 cup red peppers
1/4 cup onions
3 cloves garlic
10 mint leaves
1 red chili or green
1/4 cup stock or water
1 large tomato
2 cups rice
1.5 cups or more veg stock
1 tsp fennel seeds
2 bay leaves
1/4 tsp turmeric
Salt as needed
Hand ful cilantro
3 tbsp butter
1/2 cup carrot grated
