Easy Beef Stew & Pot Roast | Best Recipe EVER!

This recipe is one of my family favorites! Beef stew and pot roast are both super easy to make and really hard to mess up! And this recipe uses simple ingredients to make it taste flavorful and keeps the process simple.

NOTE: If you want to make a pot roast, instead of stew (like I showed here in the video), then don’t cut up the beef! Leave it as a roast…season it with the garlic sea salt and pepper like I show, and brown on all sides! Easy peasy!

?BEEF STEW | POT ROAST RECIPE ?

INGREDIENTS:
5 cups reduced sodium organic beef broth
1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin (preferably from grass-fed cows)
1 tablespoon avocado oil (or extra virgin olive oil)
2 lbs raw chuck tender roast
1 tablespoon garlic sea salt (Morton is my fave brand)
½ tablespoon black pepper
8-10 cloves garlic, finely chopped (I used 6 teaspoons of dehydrated garlic)
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
1 large tomato
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 ½ cup chopped carrots
1 medium sweet potato, peeled
6-8 medium russet potatoes (chopped) or you can use red potatoes
½-1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
4 bay leaves
1 teaspoon dried thyme
